If you’re unlucky enough to receive Dayja Taylor in your proceedings, RUN & aggressively ask someone else to take over this part of your process. On two occasions she refused to include all of my debts stating she would file an amendment after the bankruptcy was completed. I was later told this was incorrect because you want your debtors to have an opportunity to respond. She’s uses her soft tone to effectively hide that she works against you by sending you documents that have inaccurate information on them advising you to look over it and approve it to be submitted. Despite sending her critical documents , she places the responsibility on the client to look over paperwork your not familiar with because your not an attorney. Paperwork that has multiple lines and amounts on each line & try to decipher that the documents you sent her are on the paperwork she’s asking you to approve. She works against you by encouraging you to agree to not include debts that could potentially lower your payments. But willing to do an amendment to remove an expense which would increase my payments. She makes very sarcastic comments. Never gave an explanation why a large debt that came in near the end of the proceedings would not be included, why it wouldn’t lower my payments nor why an amendment couldn’t be done to include it . She does just enough on your case to get by, not your advocate. If she has to work 15 minutes longer than what she anticipates, she gets very agitated. She’s not going to fight for your best interest. Her goal is to get through as fast as possible so she’s on to the next client. She truly doesn’t represent the other staff members at this firm.
