This information is shared directly with the attorney or law firm you choose to contact.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we store the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
- Comments: Retained indefinitely to support automatic approval of follow-up comments.
- Lead Inquiries: Retained for as long as necessary to deliver them to the attorney or law firm and to maintain accurate records.
- Marketing Records: Email marketing preferences and campaign records are retained for as long as your account is active or until you unsubscribe.
