I had an amazing experience with Austin at this firm. The office/secretary were always quick to respond to emails or calls, and Austin always got back to me via phone call very quickly. Austin was kind, collected, listened well, and gave me smart advice about my situation. He was clear about the services he could or could not provide in good faith and was quick to put me in contact with others if not. I could not have gotten through the long and arduous process and the many questions it posed without them. I cannot recommend Austin enough. With his advice I was able to work through a very difficult process with more confidence and know that I could get through to a brighter place on the other side of it
