Being a business owner, If my office lady told one of my customers, I’m kind of in the middle of something and I need to call you back in a rude tone then I probably would fire that person. I highly advise that You hire a more genuine, better spoken office personnel. I actually wonder how many clients this firm has lost due to customer service experience.
