I had a disappointing experience with the attorneys at Berger Montague due to a lack of transparency and poor communication. Throughout my case, I struggled to get clear answers and updates, often having to follow up multiple times without a timely response. When I did receive information, it was vague and left me uncertain about where things stood.
I actually felt like a Google search updated me more clearly than any of these people ever would or could. I only learned during the mediation phase of the lawsuit that they were representing two other plaintiffs in the same lawsuit against my employer, just from a different state. Pretty shady, if you ask me.
I expected more professionalism and clarity, especially when dealing with important legal matters. Unfortunately, I felt left in the dark too often, which made the entire process stressful and frustrating. If you’re looking for an attorney who keeps you informed and communicates effectively, I would recommend exploring other options.

I would NEVER allow this firm to represent me after speaking and consulting with attorney Michael Anderson. He treats his clients like human garbage. Michael needs to go back to undergrad studies and then start over year 1 at law school. Sad hah!
Do NOT let Michael Anderson lie to you. He is the worst attorney I have ever spoken with and begged to represent me and then rug pulled me immediately after gaining my trust.
What was I to expect, he went to undergrad at STDU aka Arizona.
Michael’s law license should be revoked immediately. Be forewarned!!!
