This firm had represented me in the past for an EEOC violation, and while at best the resolution was mediocre, I opted to enlist their aid a second time seeking better results.
After several attempts and messages being left, I was finally contacted by one of the attorneys. After a brief discussion of my case, I was told to call and come in on a Sunday since that was the only feasible time which is both highly unlikely and highly unprofessional.
However that Sunday, December 8th. On that day I did call and received no answer. Since then I have called numerous times and left numerous messages yet to no avail. My charges are valid since they have been filed with a Federal agency yet I can only assume that they are not important enough to warrant a call back from this Law Firm.
