Louis Michelsen was really rude during my call with him in regards to searching for a case. Every possibility I suggested, reapplying for a second SSI Case, further research, and carrying out the first SSI Case, he scolded me, calling me a “Loser,” and said it was 99.5% of chance of losing at every possibility. He blasphemed during the phone call, and made my hopes of getting Legal Aid for my Disability a lot worse. To the Establishment, everyone else was not rude, and acted professional. However, unless this place terminates Luis Michelsen, more People are going to turn away from this Establishment in disgust. Never again am I going to turn to this place.
