Whatever you do DO NOT accept Jessa Saquilabon! She did absolutely nothing and I spent hours doing an online intake answering around 300 questions in detail and sending her evidence and documentation that she didn’t look at before our consultation. At the conclusion of my phone consultation she told me she couldn’t accept my case because it’s been almost 2 years. She would have known how long ago the occurrences were had she looked at my documentation before the consultation to prepare and my time wouldn’t have been wasted. Also, after further research it turns out she’s not even an attorney in the US. She’s based in the Philippines and completely unfamiliar with the statute of limitations in my state. Her email signature says she’s in Independence, OH. I don’t know what Spitz Law Firm has going on or how this is even legal. After I text Christopher Mendiola asking for another attorney this was her response letting me know that no attorney at Spitz is responsible for pursuing my case.
