I don’t agree to just give people my hard earned $1000 dollars…no return.

He never really said if he could help me but referred me to take my case to the federal and state commission. He kept assuming if I said certain things during my unemployment appeal process which was frustrating. I had to correct him several times. Towards the end of the call he asked me how was I discriminated against and after one explanation he said he did not think I had a case, I had only gave him one example out of three I had. I believe he already had a pre notion that he considered my case to be trash. He mentioned that a lawyer maybe able to help me but never said if he could. He also cut me short with stating that I did not have a case without fully hearing the horror I went through. This lawyers wants an easy case and my case is complicated so he blew me off. I have retainer money for a lawyer that can help me just looking for the one that can believe in his firm enough to help me. Horrible experience.

Mr. Neel was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Working with him made a tough time easier for me and my family.
