AVOID! Extremely unprofessional and rude. I was left waiting for over a week because someone had promised to call me back about a very time sensitive important matter. On the 3rd time calling a rude egotistical young man answered and talked over me quickly then hung up. They have apparently been trained to put people off and not answer questions. I called back and got a lady who finally listened (But was the one who put me off before saying someone would call me back—taking my matter lightly and not getting the whole story) and this time said she would mark my inquiry urgent. A few hours later another woman called back saying they could not help me. I told them about how they need to let people know immediately they can’t help them. Such an unprofessional and asinine office. If they are supposed to be a recommendation, Asheville must be seriously needing good attorneys. If you don’t know how to answer people’s questions and tell them the truth you can’t be trusted. It’s not hard to do the right thing and not be rude. It’s been said that discounts in town are given out by businesses in order to attain high ratings online. AVOID this place! You’ve been warned!
