I have dealt with Tom Welch multiple times and he has been responsive and professional. I would highly recommend his service.
Welsh – Terrible lawyer. Not even sure he is a lawyer. In the middle of my case he emailed me stating he got a new job. So he doesn’t have time for my case. Also he would not return my calls, or emails. Only way he would is when I let his brother know he wasn’t answering me. So he would say by email that he will have an answer for me in a week. But the week never came. So if you use him good luck. He needs to go back to school and learn what a lawyer is!!!!!
