Called to get my case handled and the man who answered the phone was very rude. He would not let me talk at all. He wanted me to answer questions without listening to the answer. He kept cutting me off and was very nasty with his response. Would not recommend such a unprofessional practice.
I had a disappointing experience with this firm. From the start, I expected guidance and a clear plan, but communication was poor. Despite repeatedly calling for an explanation of the process, I was always told to just go back to work and wait for a settlement at the end of the year. The providers they referred me to were unresponsive, and the firm never followed up.
