Not reliable communication. Untrustworthy. Started fights with opposing attorney, was not interested in concluding divorce only delaying, took over two years. Left the country during trials. Has no empathy or interest for children and families at all. Every trial was anticipated then was encouraged to not attend. Over charged for opposing lawyers constant delays. Informed other attorney and ex spouse of cancelled hearings as opposed to her own client. Caused more harm than good through the whole process.
Amy and Vicki are wonderful people. Helpful and knowledgeable, they work hard for their clients. Very organized and professional, I would recommend them to anyone looking for an attorney for a divorce.
I have to give Amy Swogger (Attorney)and Vicki (Paralegal)for going above and beyond my highest expectations. I’m a domestic violence survivor and a permanently disabled 44 yr woman. I received excellent service and more then competent reliable representation. Every single topic was covered to protect me in a strong offensive approach. We were never scrambling for answers. The whole process was professional on our end and The mediator and Judge were respectful and fair. This divorce for me was an extremely important and delicate like glass yet needed the power of confidence behind it. I would recommend her to Anyone. The Best thing is a person who is capable of removing emotion and not be distracted by it instead dedicates energy into being your voice and advocate. I’m eternally grateful.
