Extremely unethical and unlawful experience with Reifman Law. As the oldest son and Personal Representative of my father’s estate, I faced months of delays, lack of transparency, and unreturned calls. The firm failed to disburse settlement funds, withheld required records, and violated Michigan probate law (MCL 700.3703, 700.3709), professional conduct rules (MRPC 1.15, 1.4, 1.3), and trust account rules. They ignored release documents received in April, and despite promises from attorney Steve Reifman, no funds have been wired. Federal concerns under ABA Rule 1.15 and FinCEN oversight apply. I’m pursuing complaints with the Attorney Grievance Commission, FTC, and others. Avoid this firm at all costs—your loved one’s estate deserves better than this level of negligence and misconduct.
Randy Calvin is an incompetent attorney. He filed our appeal late. Made many errors in the appeal including names, dates, length of sentence, county. The Court of Appeals stated he was inefficient counsel.
This is law firm is a scam, they rob you for all your benefits then act like they don’t know what happen! They also takes a 3rd of every settlement. Kate & randy is also running a scam under the table. You won’t ever get paid!!
