Thomas Borkowski took my money and never produced one document he was hired to draft for a property transfer. Only after I threatened to call license and regulatory affairs did he even return my call. By that time I had no trust in him and I ended up having to pay and hire another attorney to take care of the property transaction i once paid him to do.
Attorney Matt Morrow has been working on personal and corporate matters for me for several months now. Very knowledgeable & responsive when in need.
Carmen Moyer from Schwartz Law Firm was my attorney during my divorce. The biggest mistake ever. I work in law, and she gives this profession a horrible name. She was uncaring, rude, and professionally inept. She mixed up words on my judgement such as she and he, causing me to have to pay my ex additional funds, who was supposed to pay me per our agreement. When asked, she blew me off and acknowledged her mistake, but told me it would cost me more to file a motion to correct it, than just to pay it. She also used wording in the judgement such as “agreed upon”, which has been a golden ticket for my ex. He doesn’t “agree upon” anything that requires additional money for the kids, including school instruments and school sports. I’ve had many other attorneys look over my final judgement and they agree it’s a mess. I’m 8 years post divorce, and STILL dealing with the consequences of choosing this woman as my attorney. Avoid this “attorney” at all costs.
