Was hesitant in doing this review since I’m still in the process of my bankruptcy with this company, but I just didn’t expect this.. company came highly recommended and has completely disappointed me!! Turned in everything, did all the classes.. my first 341 hearing comes and my lawyers didn’t turned in anything I submitted. I find out later my case manager Emma turned in nothing. Ok I turn in everything again, get reminders of my next 341 hearing only to find out via the trustee it was rescheduled because my lawyers still haven’t turned in everything.. call just to find out I have a new case manager and they can’t/wont talk to me until 5 days from now!! $1100+ filling fee for someone who is filling bankruptcy is a lot and this have been so stressful.. I pray my next 341 turns out better because at this point I feel taken advantage of.
