I had Taliyah represent me in my child custody case and she is truly the best. This law firm really knows what they’re doing and I would recommend them to anybody over and over again. Their prices can’t be beat compared to other law firms. They care about their clients and it shows.
This is a review for Turco Legal my friend used your services and was not happy or impressed with the services she received. Her attorney Taylah Macklin did nothing she had asked for, didn’t fight for her and didn’t produce or represent her at all. Didn’t do anything she had asked for. She spent 5k with this firm and still lost in court. Attorney Macklin did not do anything my friend had asked for and kept doing irrelevant things. If you are going to use this firm be prepared for weekly billing and not successful results.
I feel so lucky that Brian Waller was my attorney. He is the very best there is. I was so nervous going into the divorce process. I didn’t know anything. He listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and always made me feel like my case was important. I’m so grateful I had such a knowledgeable, skilled and incredibly kind lawyer representing me in my divorce. The outcome of my divorce was very fair and just. I don’t know if it would have been had I not had Brian by my side.

She responded to all my communications promptly, shared her expertise and insight with me transparently, and regularly sought my feedback on how I wanted to handle matters and what next step I felt most comfortable with taking. In the court room she was always prepared and up to date on my case even if our last consultation was a couple days before or a couple of weeks (due to my sporadic work schedule) before. As someone who works in a hospital I was very grateful that she had a flexible schedule and often worked on my case after hours. Brian is incompetent. He should go back to doing finance. He has written on his website that he serves his clients interests rather than his own; however, he serves his own interests and then some. It is important for a lawyer and his/her client to have a strategy and not to have swirling drama, especially when the lawyer is representing the father as the father doesn’t have the same privileges as the mother with the Boston courts. Brian had no strategy and provided no case law; but rather just his opinion. He took hours to review documents which should have taken 1/10th as long. He even charged me for withdrawing as my attorney. $3500 retainer at $350/hr resulted in no action items. If you want to waste your time and money Brian is a good choice. The bar is low with him.
