Exceptional Service had a near death car accident in March of this year and use this law office. They stayed in communication with me, gave me the right physical therapy services and the case was settled within a 6-month time. I would definitely use this law office again and refer anyone I know. Horrible. I had a car accident in July 2020 and made the mistake of using a lawyer from this practice. Here we are 2 years and 3 months later and I have yet to receive a call back from my “lawyer” about my case. I’ve called multiple times, even spoke with her boss, was promised a call back and never heard from them again. My car is still damaged because of their lack of communication and flat out disregard for their clients. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Poor communication, false promises, never get to speak with the lawyer himself, but if not his assistant who does not do a very good job with updating info, giving updates, and blames everything being slow on COVID. Worse decision I EVER made was coming to this law firm altogether!! They suckkkkk

My experience with this office was horrible. No communication what so ever and it took 9 months to received a settlement amount that was not even worth my time. Never spoke or met the actual lawyer. Never again will I deal with them.

Bad Professional … They received my check in April and did not send me …. I had to fight to get what was mine …. And I was still not satisfied with the amount I received … long waiting time for nothing … I never recommend
