(All my opinion) She is a lawyer who takes money and gives false promises. She did things that I thought were highly unethical. I would not trust this woman with anything again. She seems like she should retire as well because she never remembers what she is told. A competent lawyer should always remember details from a case.
I called to inquire about a consultation, but the person who answered the phone couldn’t even help with that. She took my information & “the receptionist” called about an hour later (even though I was told 30 mins). The receptionist requires a pre-screening & doesn’t have good people skills. She claims that standard protocol is to discuss your issue with her, she takes it to Shari & then Shari decides if your issue is even worth a consultation. After wasting 15 minutes of my life talking to her & waiting nearly 18 hours, she calls to say that Shari won’t even give a consultation. No condolences, no pointing me towards another firm, simply “Shari said she can’t help with your issue”. All I wanted was advice & I was willing to pay for a consultation, but I guess that they are too good to take my money in exchange for legal advice/knowledge.
I called to ask if they do free consultations (I won’t pay for someone to tell me they can’t help). The person who answered said, “I don’t believe so. Is that all?” Perhaps they need a personable receptionist.
