Fantastic lawyer! Met with several lawyers about the case, including some with large prestige firms, before deciding on Mr. Norell. I chose him because of his experience as a mediator, as I figured it would be an asset to my specific situation, which it was. He is professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and overall a great attorney. His receptionist/assistant is also amazing; she’s very on top of things and always pleasant to speak with. Do not listen to the other reviews. Attorney Robert S. Norell is passionate, beyond educated and does not sugar coat anything. If you come prepared with all the necessary documents and listen to Mr. Norell’s instructions…you will not have any issues. If you treat the receptionist with respect it will be given back. I never had any issues with communication. Thank you again Mr. Norell, I was supposed to give this review a few months ago, 5 stars!!!
I called in for a review of a legal issue, gave all my information to the receptionist on the phone, along with my contact info. She assured me I’d hear back from the firm as soon as possible. It has been over a week and I have received 0 calls, emails, or texts. Extremely disappointed in the service, or lack thereof.
