The most unprofessional receptionist by the name of Ben or something similar to that name. I called to obtain legal help and instead of transferring me to a lawyer or gather my personal information, this rudely receptionist started to give me unsolicited advice that I could not trust. When I asked to speak to a lawyer, he became verbally escalated and started shouting. The most rude customer service I have ever encountered, so much so that I had to leave this review which I never do so. This person should be fired by the way he provides customer services.
Total waste of time. My case is time sensitive and you wasted it by posting bogus office hours. I show up to your address after paying for an hour of parking and you’re not even listed on the buildings directory. I had to wait until someone else was kind enough to let me in. I go to your door and big surprise your not there. Total time wasted=45 minutes
