From my first phone call to my last, the service here has been great! As soon as I called I was greeted by a real human being who immediately patched me through to one of the partners at the law firm. He was very kind and easy to talk to and took away my anxieties I had had from my accident including being nervous having to speak to a lawyer. I love how the lawyers and people that work here always took the time to explain things in detail so I fully understood. I tend to ask a lot of questions and their patience with me was great. My case is still ongoing but just wanted people to know that there are good lawyers out there who have your back!

The Accident Pros Law Office and the two attorneys I met Steve and Neil made a difficult situation easy for me and my family to deal with. Hi there. I’d like to spread a bit of information about something that it seems everyone in their life may have to go through at one time or another. That thing is , an automobile accident. Of course not all car accidents require hiring an attorney, but for the ones that do this review is for you. Whether you are the plaintiff or the defendant, a bystander or the lead witness, there is always something to be learned from an accident. I am here to tell you that usually, as far as the Attorneys are concerned in these types of cases they are usually trying to learn more ways to simply take more of your money. But, that being said, today I want to tell you about the delightful experience that I recently had at the Accident Pros in Roseville. As soon as I stepped into the office and through completion of the case. I was treated as if I was the only case they had going, and from beginning all the way through the required steps involved in settling the case went very smoothly I want to thank in particular my attorney Stephen Brown let the way as my soon as he began by taking my case and he had me and all of my medical bills paid in short order. I am fully aware that he didn’t do it all himself so I’d also like to thank the entire staff whom I feel I met all of them just the other day. The most important thing it seems to me is getting your claim front and center for the other side’s insurance and attorneys to see from start to finish so as not to be lost in a pile of paper. Well, with the Accident Pros that is what happened, leading to me getting paid A.S.A.P. What I saw was a team who was focussed and professional. I want to relay a story that all to often seems to go the other way for me. I guess I can suffice it to say that good customer service experiences are just too few and far between these days. It may be an even bigger surprise to most to learn that this happened to be at a Law Office of all places. The law office was Accident Pros. in Roseville. You see, recently I was involved in a traffic accident in which I had extensive damage to both of my legs. At the time of the accident and shortly there after my biggest concern wasn’t who was at fault, or who would be paying for whatever treatment I was needing in order to get through it all. I was in so much pain that I didn’t think I could physically make it. Not to the doctors, not to the physical therapist , not anywhere. Including all the other treatments that i was told i would need. That was until after I met with with the team at Accident Pros. After being down in the dumps for quite some time I left the meeting with attorney Corey Hall and his assistant feeling inspired to not only move on but to bounce back from this injury with vigor. Of course it was made clear to me that yes it did matter who was at fault and that we needed to seek the best possible outcome from the case in order to be able to move on with the vigor that I now felt. I just want to say that It was a pleasure to work the all of the people in the office, but as i said in particular Corey who grabbed the reign’s for me in this case and never looked back. thanks again Accident Pro’s!!
