Mr. Ackerman has represented me through 2 MSPB cases and has won them both. His knowledge of Federal Civilian Law is second to none. He is still representing me against the Agency with my backpay situation. His rates are very reasonable for the amount of work and time he put into my cases. I lost my job from and I paid mr. ackerman 6k to work the case. He informed me that I would be able to get my 6k back if the judge ordered the Department to pay me back. Mr. Ackerman didn’t not make the request and so I lost my money. Later, I found out from a union rep, that I was suppost to get the 6k back because it is the law. I lost out because mr. ackerman didn’t know what he was doing. I do NOT recommend him.
