Very ethical. Had a medical issue at work that I discussed with other colleagues. This was just a temp job so it wasn’t worth The Firm taking the case or me paying for it. However Mr Kraemer free consultation guided me in the right direction and prove that they have the knowledge, expertise, and experience with this type of medical marijuana and other School law to be very effective. The free consultation was so helpful I can only imagine what paying clients would receive.
They took my retainer and forgot the details of my case. Then decided a the 11th hour that they weren’t going to stand a chance against opposing counsel so they dropped me like a bad habit without any notice. My retainer was used for whatever they wanted to charge me and sent me pennies as a refund. The came up with every excuse in the book to keep my retainer. At a time when I needed representation from MKO they ended up litigating with me. Time after time they misunderstood key details in conversations that I then questioned if the owner, Micheal, has dementia. I never thought I would have such a bad an experience with a lawyer like I did here. I pray that I can recover from the mess that they left me in.
