It has been a couple years since hiring and being court appointed the firms service, I’ve heard good things and am sure there are good things other than my experience. I had firm for a criminal case and when I told the attorney the honest truth of what has happened I was laughed at and told “no one is going to believe that”. Well I thought it was their job to make them see that. Didn’t even try, didn’t even plea bargain, took the first thing DA threw at us. Then for sentencing my probation agent had to appear by telephone to tell my attorney and the judge that I did not have as much time left to serve as my attorney and judge thought I did. Basically my probation agent was more helpful and smarter and put forth more effort. Was not pleased at all.
I realize now that after a 3 years have passed what kind of work I got after paying $6,000 Although I feel at certain cases they do well they know the laws very well. I feel & see that my case was extremely rushed and overlooked. Even after dropping over $6000. I got 60/40 custody what why? I see dude with more records than me and mines clean with 50/50. That’s what 6000 will get you not a whole lot from these guys. Now I have to spend another 6 grand just to get what I should have gotten in the beginning. They knew I could not afford more than what money I gave them I gave them every penny. Told them to cut me off as to not go over my retainer they did not and kept trying to charge me. I had to leave. If you don’t have money don’t waste your time with these guys because they won’t waste a whole lot with yours
Worthless!! Nathan is a terrible lawyer paid him 4600 and they burned threw that before we even made to court over dogs which should of been a simple case. And I ended up firing him!! b
