terrible lawyer!! did not help my uncle what so ever . i couldn’t imagine going to school to do this and still fail at my job . you definitely picked the wrong profession and the way you talk to people is disgusting . i hope on judgement day god forgives you for all the people you have failed.
He always cusses at you, whether it is via text or phone call, when you try to ask valid questions. He has no issue with belittling you in front of others & acting constantly agitated & like he doesn’t care about you or your case. Especially if you have never been in legal trouble before. Constantly quotes how he has “300 other clients & he doesn’t have time to answer all of your questions” or says “do not ask another damn question” but doesn’t seem to be able to make any time to get you into his schedule to meet within his office or the courthouse when you have concerns & questions. He is very unprofessional & inattentive. I would NOT recommend this lawyer, especially if you live in Lincoln or Kanawha County.
