I wish I had the same experience that many of these other customers have had. However in my opinion they were very unprofessional. I recently got into a car accident and did suffer some injury. It felt more minor at first however since it did not seem to get better after about a month I decided to go to a doctor. I reached out to this firm to help me with my medical claim. The consultation seemed to go well and I was told they would send over retainer info. Information never came and after about a week I reached out again. I was told by the firm that due to an emergency they couldn’t take on any new clients. However my chiropractor got ahold of them and they told him that they didn’t want to take on the case because of the time that went by since the accident. The lack of communication and dishonesty was just unprofessional. Would make me hesitant to ever work with them.
Mila is a rare breed of lawyer. She worked so hard to get us the compensation we deserved from an auto collision. It was a scary time for us and she made sure to help us understand the process, even if it looked like having to explain things multiple times to us over many phone calls and meetings. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for anything Mila offers. She will have your back, and I truly appreciate her care and consideration. Pam and Caitlyn were also so incredibly helpful and kind during this whole process. It was a great ending to a pretty awful chapter in our lives. Also, there’s an office dog- George, and she will attend any meeting you need support during. Her being in the room for my partner and I during our meetings was so helpful. Just make sure to hit the lint roller on the way out!!
