Extremely unprofessional. We waited over nine months for some kind of results and have STILL not heard from them at all. They have my moms original death certificate and refuses to answer any phone calls, emails or call me back so that I can go get the death certificate or even know where we are in the process. We cannot go onto another attorney without knowing the full details of what they have or have not done, but again they will not get back to us so now we have to find someone to see if they’ve even done anything. I personally would not spend another dime with them, and I recommend that you do not either. Their lack of respect has clearly been shown considering the fact that in the nine months that we’ve been dealing with them I’ve talked to him maybe 10 times overall and have a handful of emails but with no actual results. Just emails back-and-forth about what they were going to do or that they said that they already have ready but then that story changed multiple times. so it’s just looks like lies upon lies. So I would go elsewhere. I will update this post when I find another good lawyer in case anybody needs good references.
