I went to Puckett and Redford on Oct 7, 2024 to provide them my military orders and notice to vacate because of military duties due to Stonemeadows Farms manager was unwilling to let me make a payment online and requested that needed to be paid in money order. My online access was blocked and I was out of Washington during the time of set payment needed to be paid. I provided all information to Puckett and Redford and they still proceeded to go to courts for the amount owed. They also switched the property management company from GreyStar to another company on or around October 9, 2024.
Our experience with Puckett & Redford has been nothing short of alarming. This legal firm has not only accused us unjustly but has also engaged in defamation against us, attempting to tarnish our reputation. In addition, they have gone as far as trying to silence our constitutional rights by sending emails discouraging us from speaking out about Greystar’s unethical practices—the very same practices that are now under scrutiny in the Department of Justice’s lawsuit.
