This attorney is inexplicably bad. Had a 5 min discussion standing at the front desk with the reception, as Gun intervened out of sight from his office randomly. I decided give the reception a retainer, stepped out of the door and received a call from my wife. She incomes me she had just hired us an attorney for our issue, and to not purchase services from Gunn. In my car I call Gunn to inform him I was so sorry my wife had already hired and attorney. I was literally parked in front of his building, and inform him “I’m sorry I won’t be needing her service, my wife had hired someone already.” She says no worries but Mr. Gunn had just stepped out the back door with my cash (literally 30 sec after I had given it to them) to deposit it. I say no worries and to just mail me my money back at their convenience. I receive my money back two weeks later, to see that I had been charged a $300 consult; even though all I had done with speak with the receptionist, minus $120 for a paperwork processing fee ergo her printing me out a receipt for my retainer. Do not hire this attorney he’s a crook!

The Imo worst Attorney ever. Thinking about complaining to the bar.I If you notice most of the stars on his status are men. My daughter hired him for a divorce and IMO hasn’t listened to her side of the story at all. Or got fact’s from her. Imo all he does is keep wanting continuances.Imo he hasn’t represented her at all. IMO don’t hire him.
