rude and made assumptions on my case without asking further questions, as if i didn’t know better about what i had to go through for 3 years. disrespectful considering the sensitivity of the situation, and was entirely dismissive. i understand if it’s not your expertise, but trying to tell me i was wrong as if i was just someone upset with a company, is not professional. i would have expected better from a highly rated law firm.
