Carl was very helpful and detailed in explaining my auto warranty situation to me. I had originally paid him for a consultation which went very well and was helpful in getting my plan started. I also paid him to read a contract for me then ended up not needing it and refunded it back to me as soon as I asked. He’s very helpful and informative and easy to talk to as well.
