Did not complete services as rendered and did not know they had not completed services rendered until I found out from the city a year later when prepping taxes. When asked to resubmit documents I submitted the originals and was asked to redo the documents lost in the mail. It was communicated to me that the clerk was filing these in person last year and not mailing them.
