I wish I could give 5-stars and be completely happy with this firm. It is not about the outcome, but more so the lack of help or care at this firm. I had a consultation with a male attorney and when I retained the attorney, they reassigned me to a completely different attorney, and I basically had to pay their typical hourly fee for a new consult with this attorney despite just telling the other attorney all about my case. We just had 1 mediation and the entire time, the attorney wasn’t paying attention, she had to ask the other side to repeat things, apologized for “not hearing” any time questions from the other side were brought to her, seemed lost the whole time when it was pretty straight forward. It was a mess and I was truly so disappointed.
