This is the good ole boys law firm that our crapstatic HOA uses for our townhouse community in Mountain Laurel. They pick and choose who they want to go after for collections of HOA dues. There is one tenant who this law firm and the HOA Community Partners LLC also trading as CPVA has allowed to be more than $30K in arrears for the last 10 years. She has been allowed to continue to live in her home.Yet I or anyone else would be forced out if they are following law. She only pays $50 a month towards her assessments and in the eyes of the other homeowners this is impropriety. I personally think it’s a racial issue and we are all sick and tired of it.
