Ms. Graham Williams’ office staff are either nonexistent or incompetent. It took days to reach Ms. GW even when she TOLD me to call her, I just got VM. Then after asking if we should drop off a check or give a CC over the phone, TEN DAYS LATER SHE TELLS US SHE TOOK ANOTHER CASE THE SAME DAY. This left us without an attorney and starting over when my sister’s trial is in 2 weeks. She said ‘sorry, I was in trial last week’. REALLY, unavailable to even respond to email/have staff call us. Time is critical. ATROCIOUS COMMUNICATION.
