One of the worst experiences that I’ve had with an attorney. We sold our home and the buyers used this law office. This attorney told us that they were “not going do our lawyer’s job for them” and help sign the paperwork so we had to drive an additional hour and a half to get everything done. We had to sit around for 30 minutes, waiting for the buyers to sign paperwork (when our paperwork is already signed) for them to simply hand us a check so we could leave this doesn’t seem like an attorney‘s office that is willing to make a smooth transaction and I would definitely never use them in the future. All other parties for this transaction were thoroughly confused why this attorney did not just sign paperwork with us especially since it is the same paperwork that they had to get signed with the buyers.
Jenn Blombeck and Beth Cook made our selling experience easy and frictionless. All went smoothly and Jenn kept my wife and I informed at all times during the process. A well-run, well-organized and personable law office.
I never spoke with the lawyer but Jenn, one of the paralegals, was great! She answered all my questions patiently and was very personable. I highly recommend.
