I highly recommend Tim and have used his services twice now-once for a closing on a single family home and once for a quitclaim deed. He is always very quick to respond, asks necessary questions to ensure he is providing us with appropriate counseling, and his rates are so reasonable. Personally, I found all our interactions to be professional, respectful, honest, and kind. I had called several local firms for closing quotes, and got slimy vibes from a few. So his straightforward demeanor was a breath of fresh air. He came highly recommended from our buyer’s agent, and I’m so glad he was recommended to us!
