I would not recommend this lawyer at all. I prepaid him to file a cease and desist for me for $500. He had prepared the necessary document, and I approved it. And then he randomly left town for a week, with no communication. The form was imperative for tax time season, and the tax season deadline had passed while he was on hiatus. When he randomly returned and asked if I would like the form sent, I responded yes, and then it still took him several days before it was sent out. After that, he went completely silent, and he never responded to any of my future emails. It should be noted that he runs another ranch business on the side, so he isn’t fully invested in his lawyer work and evidentially doesn’t give clients attentive or timely care.
John is a fantastic attorney! His ability to understand the facts of a case and apply them to the law in an advantageous way is unmatched. I frequently refer friends and family to John knowing they will be well taken care of and their needs will be met. As a young lawyer I was incredibly lucky to have John as a mentor and my legal capabilities increased exponentially.
