My employer hired Klasko to extend my H1B and initiate the PERM process with the assistance of Nicholas. So far, the experience has been excellent. We setup a meeting for 30 minutes ($300) Lawyer (Sarah Holler) was somewhat competent but could not explain in details the differences between all visas we had questions about.
At the end of the meeting we were told that she would follow up with an email with additional information that would be helpful to us but we never received anything as mentioned.
With this type of legal advice we can’t be surprised that people prefer to come illegally in this country.
I have reported this to the better business bureau, the way they do business is dishonest and deceiving.
