They told me they would get started on my case and have a hold put in place as soon as they received payment. They sat on my money (pain in full up front) for nearly 6 months with weekly phone calls to them to see what they were doing. They finally got started after I called and said i wanted my $2000 back. I feel like my case just was not a high priority to them because they couldn’t make more money off of me through this process.
