Originally I felt well supported and had good communication. After they have missed filing paperwork for now 5 months, they have completely neglected any phone calls, emails, or text messages. Very poor communication to follow through on the job.
Highly unethical, they essentially stole my retainer funds and stopped responding to emails with repeated follow up for months. I hired them to handle a property theft civil case. Ironically, the greater theft ended up being with the attorney that did not work and ghosted me! Right before they were to take action by sending a demand letter in the case, they went completely ghost. I followed up patiently and kindly throughout the months.. then yearsyears – never received a response. Extremely shady, not what you would typically expect from an attorney. Stay far away if you value your time and money.
I consulted CarnesWarwick a few years ago to help in a legal dispute that involved copyright infringment of software my company owned. I assume it was a rather complex case which required knowledge about how the software works and it’s protection mechanism work. Tara and Jonathan were able to fully understand the subject and asked the right questions.
