Don was very helpful in a difficult situation after the passing of my husband. He has been infinitely patient and always took the time to explain things in a way that I could understand. My one complaint is that he is doesn’t return phone calls. If you want to talk to him you have to hope to catch him in the office and be persistent and keep calling.
