Very poor experience. I called to inquire about services and was asked very rudely right when he answered the phone, “I’m handling and emergency, why are you calling me?” Before I could even finish answering him, he literally hung up. Needless to say, this was a complete turn off and I no longer have any interest in their services. Terrible customer service.
Simply excellent! If you find yourself in an unfair situation, trust because he knows what he’s doing.
Mr. McAdams came highly recommended, but was more concerned with collegiality than solving problem. He refused to turn over documents and then resigned when I did not want to take a deal to leave an apartment I am still in. Now the state is suing that same apartment and I paid him to basically screw me.
