MILITARY PERSONNEL BEWARE! I do not recommend using this company. I am active duty military and decided to sell my house to my tenants and we closed through this company. I did not get a chance to view the documents prior to the notary public getting to my house so upon viewing the documents there were a lot of fees that I did not agree with. They were recommended by my buyers loan officer Citadel. I decided not to sign until I spoke with them about the numbers. They took a $400 escrow for the water bill and I assumed that since they knew my tenants were buying the house I would get my escrow back. Not only did I not get my escrow. They didn’t give me back the over $1400 for the buyers home warranty that they included as my closing costs and they also took $62.50 out of my remaining escrow to pay the first notary, which they wouldn’t have had to send out had I seen the documents prior. This was my fault for not having a realtor, but they really took advantage of me. If you’re not local, I wouldn’t use them. After I signed, I didn’t hear from them. Chain Rodriguez stopped answering my emails and Jose stopped answering my calls.
