I used JMH for my bankruptcy in 2021. While everything at that time was good, I recently began working with my spouse to purchase a home and one of the requirements was the bankruptcy documents. I searched high and low and was unable to locate any of the documents besides the discharge letter. I reached out to John to get the necessary paperwork since I could not figure out how to navigate the court’s online systems, and was surprised that it was difficult to say the least to get his assistance in procuring the documents. When we finally spoke and got the documents, tonight, the conversation started with a very aggressive and dismissive tone, which he later apologized for but should never have been expressed towards me as a former client and somebody in need of assistance which he was absolutely qualified to provide. He expressed that he’d been having a bad day but in all honesty that is not my concern, and while I remained polite and professional about everything it was very off-putting. It is important to note that this is the end of a week long effort to get his support in this matter and the communication throughout had been less than great. This really cut us down to the wire getting the necessary documents together for our mortgage broker.
John is an excellent Lawyer . My case was completed in a timely manner, and I was very happy with the results . Thank you John for your hard work .
