Absolutely the worst most unprepared attorney of all time. I fired her, and got a new lawyer. He quickly showed me the game plan and layed out my options, and told me the amount of work that Dianne had done was borderline criminal for what she charged. She took an entire retainer and sent a few emails when I fired her she reimbursed me a small amount of the 3500 I gave her. He told me also that the way my case was there was no reason it hadn’t settled yet. My ex wife and I were separating very amicably and Dianne was trying to drag it all the way out to mediation so she could make more money. He had it handled in a matter of weeks and said any lawyer with as much experience as she has would have known how to settle it fast. She was very obviously putting her own financial interests before her clients. I wish google had a zero star option.
