Never returned call
Screwed up my Bankruptcy. Did not want my house and car included in the bankruptcy. While in the actual bankruptcy court records it wasn’t included the reaffirmation agreements were not taken care of in time. My credit suffers drastically from this mistake and in a year have been frozen for the most part. Leonard, Key and Key are unwilling to help correct, what I feel like, is there mistake or at the very least there responsibility to help correct. I was even willing to pay for the services so I am not sure how or why they wouldn’t take care of it. I have spoken with a different attorney and am having to pay for services to correct the error.
