Receptionist is extremely rude and wouldn’t let me tell her what I needed, she just hung up on me because she thought I was selling something. I called back, she then put me on hold for 5 minutes then hung up again, I called back 3 more times and she picked up, said nothing, and hung up on me, finally on my 6th call I was able to quickly ask her not to hang up on me and that I’m not selling anything. This receptionist was very unprofessional and, in my opinion, lazy; I am astounded that I would be treated like that when calling a law office. I would never use this company biased on how unprofessional the office staff was.
