Gave one star only bc it was required to leave a review. I met with a paralegal at best. Despite paying $250 to meet with an attorney. The probate process was somewhat explained while I still can’t tell you the difference between a probate matter or simple estate handling. When I did ask a question, I was told that it was a question for the attorney. This is why I paid $250 for consultation. Losing my mother & this process is a complete nightmare. After agreeing to proceed and pay the the flat rate of $2500, the secretary still would not allow me to speak with an attorney until I paid the $2500 first. I’ve already left a previous review, however just now seeing the Google ad that they offer free consultations leaves me absolutely speechless. I called to inquire as to why I paid a fee, didn’t get to speak to an attorney at any point, even after agreeing to proceed which I might add was an additional two weeks of back & forth phone calls. I would ultimately change directions in handling this matter while I still have zero representation, a secretary who denies the ad that I’m clearly looking at the states free consultation on Google, an estate matter to address, & an attorneys office that’s 100% content with jacking me for $250 so I am speak or meet with an attorney or even less your refund despite the ad that the secretary wanted to argue about so check it out for yourself.
